Senior Full-Stack Developer

MobSquad is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Canada-based team, providing technical services to clients across North America. You will collaborate with talented developers and data scientists to build and deploy high-quality software for B2B SaaS products, contributing across the full software development lifecycle. The role emphasizes strong web fundamentals, dynamic user interfaces, APIs, cloud services, and database work, with a focus on e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver robust, user-friendly software for B2B SaaS platforms, contributing across front-end and back-end layers.
• Work with JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) to build responsive, dynamic interfaces.
• Leverage React, Redux, web components, and functional interfaces to create scalable UIs.
• Design and implement APIs and integrate with various services and platforms.
• Build and integrate solutions with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and BigCommerce.
• Collaborate with other developers and data scientists, participate in code reviews, and ensure high-quality code through unit testing and version control.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Understand and apply the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Work with cloud services and databases to deliver reliable, scalable software.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field from an accredited institution.
• More than five years of experience building and delivering high-quality software for B2B SaaS products.
• More than five years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end web development (HTML, CSS).
• Experience with React, Redux, web components, and functional interfaces.
• Experience with GraphQL (Apollo).
• Experience with back-end development using Python, Node.js, Flask, and Django.
• Experience creating and integrating APIs.
• Experience integrating solutions with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce).
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality code following industry best practices (code reviews, unit tests, revision control).
• Passion for building and deploying high-quality software and contributing to a collaborative tech community.
