Job title: Senior Frontend Engineer
About the Role Join bsport as a Senior Frontend Engineer to own major frontend areas, influence architecture, and drive long-term frontend initiatives. You’ll work closely with Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, and Product leadership, with a clear path toward staff or leadership roles as the company grows; equity is meaningful as bsport aims to triple valuation in the next couple of years.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex frontend initiatives end-to-end, shaping how our platform evolves.
- Drive a full revamp of client-facing interfaces.
- Build and evolve our in-house design systems.
- Tackle technical debt with scalability in mind.
- Design reliable, scalable frontend solutions for one of our core product verticals.
- Contribute to long-term architectural decisions as we scale teams across locations (including core teams in Paris).
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, and Product leadership to set standards and architecture.
- Own major frontend areas and mentor others as the team grows.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of frontend experience in SaaS or product-driven companies.
- You take ownership, show initiative, and enjoy solving hard problems.
- Comfortable working on large, evolving codebases.
- Strong communicator, fluent in English.
- Curious, pragmatic, and motivated to grow with the company.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, and micro-frontends; NX orchestration.
- Zustand for state management and an in-house design systems experience.
- Prior experience at scale with design systems or large design initiatives.
