Senior Front End Developer - Angular

About the Role Capgemini is seeking an experienced Front End Developer to join onsite in Dallas, TX. With 10+ years of experience, you will shape and build modern front-end apps using Angular and related technologies, collaborating with global teams to deliver scalable, performant solutions. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular (versions 16–20), including standalone components, signals/change detection, reactive forms, and UI libraries (PrimeNG, Angular Material, AG-Grid).
• Implement state management with NgRx/RxJS; ensure code is clean, testable, readable, maintainable, and performant.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests using Jest, Playwright, and Cypress; contribute to quality and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in an Agile software delivery environment; work with back-end/middleware Java stack (Spring Boot) to expose REST APIs, Kafka, AWS, and SQL integrations.
• Apply fundamental design principles for scalable applications; emphasize object-oriented programming and engineering excellence.
• Communicate effectively and solve problems in a collaborative environment. What We're Looking For
• 10+ years of experience with front-end development and strong focus on Angular, TypeScript, NgRx, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Angular 16-20, standalone components, signals/change detection, Reactive Forms, PrimeNG, Angular Material, AG-Grid; State Management.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress).
• Experience with middleware Java stack, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, AWS, SQL, and JUnit.
• Commitment to writing clean, testable, readable, maintainable code; experience in Agile environments with CI/CD tooling.
• Understanding of design principles for scalable applications and strong OO principles. Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $100,000 to $130,000 USD per year.
• In addition to base salary, may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions depending on position and applicable laws.
