About the Role Be a key member of the Genesis finance team, supporting the Senior Manager in delivering executive-ready FP&A, forecasting, and financial performance reporting. This high-visibility role informs monthly leadership reviews and drives disciplined performance across the business.
What You'll Do
- Manage development of annual budget plans and maintain annual forecasts and expense targets for the Business Unit (BU).
- Coordinate preparation and submission of Genesis Division’s annual budget.
- Manage monthly forecasts by working with internal and external stakeholders to prepare reports for review and timely submission.
- Prepare BU financial status reports, including analysis of actuals versus budget and year-over-year results.
