About the Role Lead and support FMS programs from a Pax River-based program office, focusing on analysis, case management, and compliance with ITAR, SAMM, and export controls. Collaborate with Case Managers, Program Managers, and the Security Cooperation team to ensure timely, accurate case development and approvals. What You'll Do

  • Support the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various FMS programs.
  • Analyze and manage all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with Arms Export Control Act, SAMM, ITAR, and applicable DoD policy guidance.
  • Assist with case development, obligation plans, CSPT, and funds management for a foreign partner.
  • Respond to Letters of Request (LOR) for Pricing and Availability (P&A) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA); manage Congressional Notifications (CN) and Third Party Transfers (TPT).
  • Understand case structure and use tools to track case financials.
  • Prepare documentation and communicate status clearly to internal teams and customers; maintain strong interpersonal and written communication.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; self-starter with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Qualified candidates must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance. What We're Looking For
  • Masters degree in business administration, business management, finance, accounting, or related technical fields; or a Bachelor’s plus two years of additional experience; or an Associate’s plus four years; or six years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience working with FMS programs supporting the DoD.
  • Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills; familiarity with case development process, LORs, CNs, and TPT.
  • Familiarity with SAMM, ITAR, and Security Cooperation program requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; detail-oriented; able to adapt to evolving technology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain an Active Secret Security Clearance. Nice to Have
