About the Role Senior Flight Test Analyst at MTSI will plan, coordinate, and analyze flight test activities to support defense and aerospace programs from the Huntsville, AL location. This role focuses on delivering actionable flight test data and reports to inform engineering decisions and program success. What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and analyze flight test campaigns for assigned programs.
- Collaborate with test teams, engineers, and customers to define test requirements and telemetry needs.
- Collect, process, and interpret flight data; prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and program-specific requirements. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field.
- Experience in flight testing, data analysis, telemetry, and instrumentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team within defense-focused programs.
