Senior Fleet Planning and Projects Analyst - Mercado Envios

Mercado Libre is seeking a Senior Fleet Planning and Projects Analyst for Mercado Envios in the Sudeste region of Brazil. This role involves leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects with multidisciplinary teams. You will gather data, create follow-up reports, and measure potential impacts and risks. You will transform data into actionable information for fleet management, build and improve dashboards, and participate in presentations and multidisciplinary meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with multidisciplinary teams, gather data, create follow-up reports, and measure potential impacts and risks.
• Analyze and monitor fleet processes and performance indicators, aiming for cost reduction, increased productivity, and improved service levels.
• Plan and develop scenarios to optimize fleet allocation across operations, contributing to capacity expansion.
• Transform data into relevant information for fleet management, create and improve dashboards, and participate in presentations and multidisciplinary meetings.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Office, Data Studio, Looker, BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience in planning and/or project management.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days in person) from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM, Monday to Friday at Melicidade in Osasco/SP.
