Your responsibilities
Record and maintain all business transactions in fixed asset accounting (general and subsidiary ledgers) in accordance with HGB and IFRS, including the recording of asset additions and disposals Record and capitalize development costs, including fixed asset register maintenance Prepare and record investment subsidies and grants Reconcile investment and capital expenditure costs Prepare and post monthly depreciation Report on balance-sheet fixed assets as part of month-end and year-end closing activities, including internal and external group reporting (monthly data entry in SAP@KONS) Provide support for annual financial statement audits and tax audits Coordinate regularly with other departments on investment-related matters Prepare and maintain the investment report Take on additional tasks and responsibilities in other areas of Accounting & Risk, as required
Your profile
Strong finance and accounting background, with solid SAP knowledge and practical experience Good command of English, both written and spoken Solid understanding of fixed asset accounting and financial accounting processes Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently, accurately and in a structured manner Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration A proactive and responsible approach to identifying and resolving issues
