Job summary
ERG, a research and consulting firm, seeks fire protection engineers to design and analyze fire protection systems, particularly for high-hazard areas like chemical processing. This role involves collaboration with management teams, technical review, and compliance documentation in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will bring a Bachelor's in engineering with extensive experience, including NFPA codes awareness and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
- At least 8 years of experience in fire protection engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineering license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop requirements and technical reviews for FPS design packages.
- Conduct site visits and analyze existing conditions of fire protection systems.
- Review and critique FPS designs from A/E firms.
