Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Cape Fox Corporation's Eagle Health is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Systems Analyst to research, improve processes, and report data within the Oracle Federal Financial application, with a focus on claims management. The ideal candidate understands electronic health records, configuration, and troubleshooting to support government healthcare contracts.

What You'll Do

• Analyze reporting, perform analysis, and provide recommendations to inform decision making.
• Compile and verify data to support budgeting and financial operations.
• Facilitate data calls, coordinate projects, and support cross-functional efforts.
• Provide data, reporting capabilities, and support to Subject Matter Experts.
• Conduct training for staff as directed by the Government to ensure use of current versions of applications.
• Execute custom Oracle Federal Financial fiscal year-end programs.
• Establish cost elements and cost element mapping for newly implemented TRICARE programs.
• Set up for all new and existing Purchased Care Contracts.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for changes.
• Interpret contract modification language and assess impact on the financial system.
• Set up and research financial data within the Oracle Federal Financial Application.
• Plan, test, and implement change requests to the Oracle Federal Financial system.
• Establish Line of Accounting attributes.
• Perform year-end setups.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with the Oracle Federal Financial application (FFMS) and claims management.
• Understanding of electronic health records (EHR) and related processes.
• Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills in Oracle FF.
• Ability to facilitate data calls, coordinate projects, and support government requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presenting actionable recommendations.
• Experience conducting training and supporting government staff.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management.
• Knowledge of TRICARE healthcare programs and Purchased Care Contracts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret contract modifications and their impact on financial systems.

• Oracle Federal Financial experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year (USD).
• Benefits include company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with company match.
