About the Role The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst – Regional Business is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis activities for the US Group Benefits Regional Business (RB) segment in the United States. Regional Business serves employers with fewer than 5,000 employees across four market segments: U100, 100–999, 1000–4999, and PEO/Payroll & Staffing, generating approximately $1.2B in annual sales and $6.4B in premium and fee revenue. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance and business leaders, develop financial insights that drive growth strategies, and leverage AI and technology-enabled solutions to enhance financial planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities. What You'll Do
- Lead monthly forecasting, quarterly financial reviews, and annual planning processes for the Regional Business segment.
- Develop detailed financial projections and customer-level variance analyses for sales, revenue.
- Partner closely with Finance and business leaders to develop financial insights that drive growth strategies and leverage AI and technology-enabled solutions to enhance financial planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities. What We're Looking For
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis for the Regional business or a large segment, with ability to partner with Finance and business leaders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to translate financial insights into growth initiatives.
- Familiarity or willingness to leverage AI and technology-enabled analytics to improve FP&A capabilities. Nice to Have
- Experience leveraging AI and technology-enabled solutions to enhance financial planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
