Job title: Senior Financial Management Consultant
About the Role Our financial management senior consultants help clients optimize all elements of their finance organization. They guide clients in effective overall financial management. Individuals typically have experience with improving companies' transactional and decision support processes, enhancing underlying technologies, and refining organizational designs required to make each individual process more effective and operate in an efficient manner. Other core competencies include strong written and presentation skills as well as change management capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Help clients optimize all elements of their finance organization and guide effective overall financial management.
- Improve transactional and decision-support processes, enhance underlying technologies, and refine organizational designs to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply strong written and presentation skills and leverage change management capabilities in client engagements.
What We're Looking For
- ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- THREE (3) years' relevant experience in federal financial management (internal controls, budgeting, accounting, auditing, etc.)
Nice to Have
- CPA, CGFM, CDFM
- Demonstrates knowledge of federal accounting and auditing standards and guidance in relation to: Federal financial statement auditing, Internal controls, Audit liaison, Financial reporting, Financial business process reengineering, data analytics
