Ownership of full P&L (Revenue, FTE, Cost etc). Owning monthly forecast / Close cost reviews / FTE forecast etc. Subject matter expert( SME) for respective service line. Supporting senior executives on strategic decision making. Driving Quarterly business review for SLT. Coach / mentor for new joiners & bringing them fully on board with high quality delivery. End to end Budget support for P&L. Monthly review calls with operations. Driving synergy between finance and Operations to meet the financial targets.
