About the Role The Senior Financial Analyst will support the financial processes, reporting, and analysis that keep Kinder's operations running efficiently across supply chain and co-manufacturing, logistics, and SKU expansion. The role delivers rigorous analysis and actionable insights to improve performance and guide decision-making in a fast-moving environment. What You'll Do
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for Supply Chain and Operations.
- Analyze variances, build financial models, and provide actionable insights to drive performance.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams and senior finance leadership to communicate financial insights and support informed decisions. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years progressive finance experience (supply chain/operations preferred).
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and ERP/BI familiarity. Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, Looker. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
