Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA, ACA/FCA, ACCA/FCCA, CFA, or related professional qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial analysis, project finance, or corporate finance within the oil & gas or energy sector.
- Proven experience in fundraising, capital raising, and investor relations.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis skills.
- Good understanding of Nigeria’s gas value chain, LNG markets, and regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial models, investment appraisals, and business cases.
- Lead project finance, capital raising, and investor engagement initiatives.
