About this role

About the Role The Senior Finance Analyst, C&B will manage all aspects of Compensation & Benefits costs at the corporate level, including monthly close, reconciliation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and insight. What You'll Do

  • Manage monthly C&B closing processes, validate results, and reconcile account balances
  • Prepare monthly actual/forecast presentations for review with Ops Controller and Director, Corporate FP&A
  • Provide financial analysis on cost drivers and ad-hoc analyses as required
  • Assist in developing, tracking, and reporting annual corporate & business performance metrics aligned with variable compensation programs, including creating presentations, analyzing metrics, modeling scenarios, and delivering insights to Senior Management
  • Prepare and publish corporate budget guidelines for the Finance function
  • Partner with ACR, Compensation, and Benefits teams to deliver analytics for Senior Management
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop annual budget and long-range plan aligned with strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to a team delivering key financial analysis for Senior Management
  • Drive continuous process improvement within finance What We're Looking For
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field; solid US GAAP understanding; advanced Excel; PowerPoint and Word proficiency; strong writing and analytical skills; meticulous attention to detail; process-oriented; organized; strategic thinker; ability to own tasks and solve problems; quantitative data analysis; ability to build rapport with stakeholders and present to senior leadership
  • Desired: Advanced understanding of P&L, cash flows and balance sheet drivers; familiarity with corporate systems Longview, PeopleSoft and/or SAP; integrity; ability to work in a matrix environment; strong interpersonal skills to build relationships Nice to Have
