Job title: Senior Financial Analyst
About the Role Senior Financial Analyst to work closely with production plants and department heads to provide actionable insights guiding strategic and operational decisions in the Americas Airbags Product Line. This role reports directly to the Airbags Product Line Finance Director. The FP&A Analyst will evaluate operational and financial performance, outlook future results, and provide actionable insights to guide product line strategy, budgeting, and capital investment decisions.
What You'll Do
- Assist month-end close, forecasting, and consolidation reporting
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for executive management
- Manage monthly Outlook and quarterly Forecast consolidation and reporting processes
- Partner with Finance leadership and IT to ensure data integrity and strong controls
- Standardize tools and processes to improve efficiency and forecast quality
- Supporting analysis for performance improvement programs
- Communicate clear, executive-level financial insights to Operations leaders, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Complete ad hoc analysis as required
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5 or more years of related experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS Tools
- Financial modeling
- Previous experience with ERP Systems, Essbase, OneStream
- English language proficiency required
- Spanish speaking preferred, not required
- Willingness to travel
