About the Role The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, working with mechanical and electrical components, performing preventative maintenance and managing parts inventory, and anticipating and correcting safety issues on both Company and Customer owned equipment. The technician interfaces directly with customers and may be required to support multiple systems, locations or customers. What You'll Do

- Travel requirements: Some travel with occasional overnight stays; mostly local travel What We're Looking For
- Mechanically inclined with hands-on problem-solving abilities
- Background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, diesel and mechanical systems, or construction
- HS diploma or equivalent; ability to obtain DOT Medical card; clean driving record
- Able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Water treatment experience preferred
- 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
- Electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing experience highly preferred
- Ability to work without direct supervision; technically sound
- Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices
- Customer service experience
- Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
- Synthesizes technical information and communicates it clearly; derives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve problems often in novel and unexpected ways Nice to Have
- Water treatment experience (if not already required elsewhere)

- Salary range: The estimated salary range for this position is $31 to $33 per hour.
- Starting pay depends on skills, experience and location.
