Job title: Senior Field Service Technician
About the Role Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. This role includes troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment; performing preventative maintenance; managing parts inventory; and identifying and correcting safety concerns involving both company- and customer-owned equipment. The technician will regularly interact directly with customers and may support multiple systems, locations, and customer sites.

- Identify and resolve equipment and operational issues in a timely manner
- Provide professional customer support and communication while onsite
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting
- Meet driving requirements and complete required forms and documentation
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements
- Ability to obtain required customer clearances
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- 2–5 years of technical or field service experience, preferably in industrial or commercial process water systems
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, diesel, or fusion systems (depending on business unit)
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information clearly
- Ability to leverage customer feedback to develop effective solutions, including in complex or unexpected situations
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in industrial or commercial process water systems (preferred)
