About the Role The Senior Facilities Technician at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (a Danaher operating company) is responsible for performing building and property maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for the Miami associates. This on-site role reports to the Facilities Manager and supports facilities operations in Miami and nearby locations. What You'll Do
- Perform Facility Maintenance
- Perform PM on Facilities equipment
- Work on the access control system and doors What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree (or higher) with 3+ years of work experience OR High School diploma with 5+ years of maintenance experience
- Perform basic plumbing, door, and card access repairs
- Travel; ability to travel between Miami and Hialeah; valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lb Nice to Have
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or any other construction trade
