Responsible for end-to-end production planning and scheduling for in-house manufacturing and co-packing partners, ensuring demand fulfillment through optimal capacity utilization, cross-functional coordination, and robust MIS reporting. Drives plan adherence, maintains inventory health, and supports service performance. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with demand forecast and capacity
- Ensure production plan adherence, optimize changeovers, and improve scheduling efficiency
- Coordinate with co-packers for capacity planning, scheduling, and execution tracking
- Monitor co-packer performance (OTIF, yield, quality) and drive issue resolution
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Procurement, QA, and Logistics teams for demand–supply alignment
