About the Role The Senior Executive Strategic Communications leader will develop and execute enterprise communications strategies that align with NGA mission priorities and organizational transformation efforts. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering executive-level messaging, talking points, and briefings to support decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and workforce engagement.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise communications strategies and campaigns that align with NGA mission priorities and organizational transformation efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering executive-level messaging, talking points, and briefings that support decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and workforce engagement.
- Plan and manage high-visibility events, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of key programs across the Intelligence Community and international partner environments.
What We're Looking For
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of TWELVE (12)+ years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or organizational change management supporting IC or DoD customer.
- Demonstrated expertise advising senior executives, developing and executing communications strategies, and producing high-quality executive communications products.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, conduct stakeholder analysis.
