Your Role

The Senior Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the Brand President, providing comprehensive executive support that enables leadership effectiveness, seamless operations, and efficient execution of business priorities.

This highly visible role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and attention to detail. The Senior Executive Assistant will manage complex scheduling demands, coordinate executive logistics, anticipate needs, and ensure the Brand President is prepared for key meetings, travel, events, and business engagements. The role regularly interfaces with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors support teams, senior leaders across the organization, and external partners.

Success in this role requires a proactive approach, the ability to navigate a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment, and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, resourceful, and able to anticipate and address challenges before they arise.

This position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid work model, with a minimum expectation of three days per week in the office, or more frequently as business needs require. Occasional travel may be required to support leadership meetings, board activities, and company events.

Executive Support & Calendar Management

Serve as the primary Executive Assistant to the Brand President.

Manage a highly complex and dynamic calendar, balancing competing priorities while protecting time for strategic work, decision-making, and key stakeholder engagements.

Anticipate scheduling needs, proactively identify conflicts, and recommend solutions that optimize the Brand President’s time and focus.

Ensure the Brand President is fully prepared for meetings through proactive coordination of agendas, materials, background information, and logistics.

Develop a thorough understanding of leadership priorities, key business milestones, recurring meeting cadences, and stakeholder relationships.

Executive Coordination & Relationship Management

Build strong working relationships across the organization to facilitate efficient communication, scheduling, and information gathering.

Partner closely with executive assistants, chiefs of staff, and leadership support teams to coordinate meetings and business activities.

Serve as a liaison between the Brand President and internal stakeholders across Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Stores, and Digital.

Support engagement with external partners, agencies, vendors, and brand collaborators by coordinating communications, meetings, and logistics.

Executive Leadership Support

Coordinate logistics related to Executive Leadership Team meetings, leadership off-sites, and major business reviews.

Manage scheduling, meeting materials, travel arrangements, and other administrative requirements associated with executive and board interactions.

Serve as a liaison resulting from leadership meetings and discussions, owning timely follow-up on key initiatives, decisions, commitments, and action items to ensure every loop is closed and commitments are met

Travel, Meetings & Events

Coordinate complex domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and contingency planning.

Prepare detailed travel schedules and supporting materials to ensure seamless executive travel experiences.

Plan and coordinate executive meetings, town halls, leadership events, and off-site meetings.

Manage all meeting logistics, including agendas, room reservations, catering, technology support, materials, and guest coordination.

Administrative & Operational Excellence

Create, edit, and format executive-level presentations, documents, and meeting materials.

Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Identify administrative opportunities to simplify processes, improve information flow, and enhance the effectiveness of the Brand President’s and leadership team’s operating rhythms.

Demonstrate flexibility, resourcefulness, and sound judgment while managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.

Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant community to ensure seamless support and partnership across the executive team.

Minimum of 10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives, presidents, CEOs, or equivalent senior leaders.

Experience supporting highly visible executives with frequent interaction among executive leadership teams, boards of directors, and external stakeholders.

Proven success managing highly complex calendars and competing executive priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Exceptional planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
-
Ability to anticipate executive needs, see around corners, proactively solve problems, and manage competing priorities independently — maintaining visibility to key milestones and flagging conflicts, dependencies, or areas requiring executive attention.

Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization.

Advanced experience coordinating executive travel, leadership meetings, executive events, and board-related logistics with proficiency in systems such as Concur.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Experience with CoPilot across the Microsoft Office Suite with familiarity and comfort utilizing AI daily.

Exceptional professionalism with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills – Writes and speaks thoughtfully with polish and clarity. Can draft concise updates, read tone and audience in varying situations and with varying levels/roles.

Experience creating polished presentations and executive communications.

Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while exercising sound judgement and discretion.

Ability to operate with agility and composure as priorities evolve, while maintaining exceptional standards of execution, even with ambiguity.

Retail, consumer, fashion, or brand-led industry experience preferred.

Strong business curiosity and interest in understanding the executive you support, the consumer, the brand, the leaders, and the context to situations behind the work for optimal impact.

Strong ability to identify the brand’s business rhythm and ask ‘why’ to understand what matters most to prioritize time and information.

Strong judgment regarding what requires the Executive’s attention, what can be delegated, and what can be resolved independently — monitoring and prioritizing meeting requests, communications, and incoming demands to determine urgency and appropriate action.
