Senior Execution Lead, Cloud & Developer Enablement

About the Role Senior Execution Lead will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of one or more teams within a large-scale Agile program, acting as a Scrum Master and Project Manager within the Cloud & Developer Enablement portfolio. You will ensure the successful delivery of products and lead Agile scrum teams, ensuring methodology and principles are executed effectively. You will identify, escalate, and remove release and team impediments, and manage schedule, risks, and issues. What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Cloud & Developer Enablement product capabilities; manage projects through all phases of the lifecycle; facilitate scrum ceremonies; work with dependent teams to prepare execution plans; ensure milestones and approval gates are met; document project status and maintain information repositories; maintain project risk tracker and communicate risks to management; prepare work back schedules, roadmaps and capacity planning at a project level; balance team capacity and workload to achieve successful delivery; support app releases and rollout activities.
• Communication & Collaboration: Stakeholder Management: Accountable for all project reporting (daily, weekly, monthly); set expectations with stakeholders, execute and communicate accordingly; identify risks and issues that require leadership attention; articulate complex problems and solutions simply; collaborate with engineering and product teams when needed to remediate risk around delivery; engage stakeholders such as risk, legal, audit as needed for consultation.
• Communication & Collaboration: Scrum Master: Maintain agile engineering practices and ensure Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster collaboration across teams. What We're Looking For
