Job title: Senior Event Marketing Agent
About the Role Senior Event Marketing Agent to join the Idaho Falls events team. You will drive lead generation and brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interactions with prospective homeowners, acting as a liaison between homeowners and Renewal by Andersen. The role focuses on generating qualified leads for in-home design consultations, with travel to events around Idaho Falls and Pocatello and occasional travel to Utah and Wyoming.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify prospective homeowners to set appointments with the Event Marketing Manager.
- Use training and approved scripts to generate leads using company methodology.
- Educate consumers about our product and key brand points.
- Set up, execute, break down, and bring down all company display items; send pictures of setup to the Event Manager.
- Provide consumer feedback and information for recaps; maintain communication via GroupMe event chats; submit timely sweepstakes and lead sheets.
- Travel to events (festivals, home shows, fairs, retail, etc.) in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, with occasional travel to Utah/Wyoming; meet a lead requirement of 3.6 hours per demo (HPD).
- Attend weekly check-ins, bi-monthly video one-on-ones, monthly team meetings, and quarterly Salt Lake City office visits.
- Submit lead sheets digitally during shifts and return paper copies monthly.
- Must work at least 7 events per month and be able to travel as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance; valid driver’s license; ability to pass MVR check.
- Ability to fit event setup items in vehicle; punctual arrival for scheduled shifts.
- Reliable smartphone/data plan; effective listening and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills; prior sales experience is a plus.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds; willingness to travel as needed.
- Employment offer contingent on a clean background check.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Base pay starts at $18 per hour with paid training; average $20-$25 per hour with generous commission structure. Pay may fluctuate based on seasonal demands and performance.
- Schedule: 4–10 hour shifts, 20 hours per week; mornings, afternoons, and evenings; primarily weekends with some weekdays; some travel; holiday shifts as needed.

- Travel: Quarterly visits to Salt Lake City, Utah for office meetings and events.
