About the Role A Senior Estimator (Rail) is needed to join our team delivering railway, aviation, nuclear and defence projects. This role offers remote/hybrid working with travel to the office as necessary and involves supporting the estimating team to secure new work through competitive tenders and negotiated contracts, whilst maximising our commercial position and aligning opportunities with our Business Plan objectives. What You'll Do
- Lead the estimating process from receipt of client documents through to handover to the bid/project team.
- Prepare pricing for tenders and other business opportunities.
- Maximise our commercial position while securing opportunities that align with our Business Plan objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across preconstruction teams to prepare pricing for tenders and other opportunities. What We're Looking For
