About this role
Seed Health is a microbiome science company pioneering clinically validated innovations for gut and whole-body health. Our portfolio of gut-directed products is developed in collaboration with leading scientists and backed by human clinical research. We’re best known for DS-01 Daily Synbiotic—the #1 digestive health probiotic in the U.S.—trusted by millions of people for its benefits in and beyond the gut, including skin, immune, and heart health.
We’ve since expanded our offerings to include PDS-08 for pediatric health, VS-01 for vaginal health, and a new category of Co-Biotics for daily nutrition, energy, and sleep—each grounded in our commitment to scientific rigor, precision formulation, and impact across the body’s interconnected systems. Beyond the body, SeedLabs—our environmental research division—advances microbial solutions that restore biodiversity and support ecosystems affected by human activity.
We’ve built a profitable DTC business with category-leading retention, grown revenue 5x in the last 36 months, and expanded our reach across new channels and markets. With a robust clinical pipeline and continued expansion into new areas of microbiome health, we’re building for scale—with integrity, care, and curiosity.
Our work has been recognized by Fast Company (Most Innovative Companies, Brands That Matter, World Changing Ideas), TIME (Best Inventions), Forbes (America’s Best Startup Employers), and Inc. (Best in Business, Female Founder 100)—a reflection of the science behind our products and the stories we tell to bring them into the world.
We’re a galaxy-class team of researchers, clinicians, designers, engineers, storytellers, and builders—each aligned in our belief in the transformative potential of the microbiome. If you’re a kindred dot-connector looking to shape the future of health, join us.

About the Role
This role exists because, as Seed launches retail alongside DTC and Amazon, the systems behind the business (NetSuite at the core, connected to ecommerce, subscription billing, fulfillment, spend management, and EDI) need a technical owner to keep a high-volume, multi-channel, multi-entity business running cleanly at scale. The Senior ERP Manager reports to the CFO and is a hands-on individual contributor who architects, builds, governs, and supports the ERP ecosystem. The role is accountable for keeping the ERP architecture designed, updated, maintained, and continuously improved so Seed gets accurate financial reporting, streamlined processes, and near real-time delivery of data.
What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)
-
Partner with Finance, Operations, Growth, and Technology to translate business needs into ERP solutions and prioritize a company-wide systems roadmap, so investment goes to the work with the greatest business impact.
-
Own the architecture, administration, and development of NetSuite as Seed’s system of record across DTC, Amazon, and Retail, so the business runs on a single, reliable source of truth as it scales.
-
Design, build, and maintain SuiteScript solutions, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteQL-driven automation to reduce manual effort and improve the speed and accuracy of financial data.
-
Own the integration layer end to end, including ecommerce, 3PL transactions, spend management, and EDI, with monitoring, error handling, and recovery, so data flows accurately between systems in near real time.
-
Establish and enforce systems governance, including deployment standards, sandbox and release management, API limit management, change control, and documentation, so changes are controlled, auditable, and low-risk.
-
Build AI-augmented workflows, with appropriate guardrails, to automate reconciliation, billing operations, reporting, and cross-system data quality, so the team spends less time on manual work and more on analysis.
-
Partner with the Controller and accounting team on close automation, billing remediation, revenue data integrity, and audit-readiness of system controls, so financial reporting is accurate, timely, and defensible.
-
Design forms, roles, dashboards, and saved searches that enable non-technical teams to self-serve confidently, reducing dependence on technical resources for everyday needs.
-
Provide training, support, and documentation so systems knowledge is durable rather than tribal and the business is not dependent on any one person.
-
Manage systems projects end to end, including implementation partners and consultants, and own budgeting and forecasting for the ERP and SaaS stack, so projects are delivered on time and spend is controlled.
-
Serve as the escalation point for systems incidents, performing root-cause analysis and building durable fixes, so issues are resolved quickly and don’t recur.
-
Take on other ad-hoc responsibilities and projects from time to time based on business needs.
What Success Looks Like
-
Within 90 days: Take ownership of NetSuite, integrations, and EDI, with the current setup analyzed, process flows documented, gaps identified, and project plans agreed with stakeholders.
-
Supply chain visibility: Upstream and downstream supply chain transactions are integrated end to end, so inventory reporting in NetSuite is as near real time as possible.
-
EDI and integration reliability: EDI retailer setups run seamlessly between NetSuite and retailer supply chains, with no business interruptions or retailer fines, and integration errors and incidents decline through the retail launch.
-
Scalable architecture: A full review of operations, packaging, bundles, SKUs, and ecommerce configuration produces seamless, scalable processes going forward.
-
Close efficiency: Automation reduces manual reconciliation effort so that all month-end postings are complete and accurate between 1-3 business days.
Who You Are (Required)
-
7+ years in ERP or business systems roles, including 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development in a multi-entity environment.

Deep experience with integration platforms and high-volume integration patterns, including concurrency management and error recovery.

Experience configuring and supporting EDI connections between NetSuite and third parties.
-
Experience in omnichannel (DTC, retail, Amazon) consumer or CPG businesses with inventory and subscription commerce at high order volumes.
-
Working knowledge of ERP fundamentals—order-to-cash, revenue recognition, month-end close, and procure-to-pay.
-
Experience using AI tools in technical work and designing AI-powered automations with guardrails.
-
Project management experience, including owning software budgets and delivering cross-functional implementations.
-
Ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders, and to mentor specialists, consultants, and power users without formal reports.
