Job title: Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst

About the Role Join MDA Space as a Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst to maintain the Infor LN ERP environment and sub-systems. You’ll analyze complex business problems and design automated solutions, leading cross-functional teams to deliver ERP initiatives that support our space programs.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
• Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing; create specifications to meet business requirements.
• Design details of automated systems and provide consultation to ERP users.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues and provide technical design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance and support.
• Follow release cycles and ensure on-time delivery of bug fixes, change requests and enhancements; provide on-call ERP support.
• Contribute to future direction of business applications with business knowledge; participate in software upgrades and patches as required.
• Implement new technologies by assessing tools, software and practices; troubleshoot issues related to software, compute, storage and networking.
• Design training programs, create documentation and user guides, and deliver training to team members.
• Support ERP integration technologies and collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
• Provide general Systems Analysis and Design support as required.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer/Data Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with Infor LN 10.X, Infor Reporting and Infor ION.
• Significant implementation experience with Baan/Infor LN Applications.
• Complete understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Critical thinking, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a positive thinker.

Nice to Have

• Experience with integrations with UKG, HR Systems, Timesheet & Attendance Systems.
• Project Online, SharePoint Online, Salesforce, Banking Systems.
• Understanding and applying various process and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience in SOAP/REST API/web services; building point-to-point integrations.
• Relational Database experience (SQL Server) and data modeling.
• Power BI, IBM Cognos, Crystal Reports, Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) or equivalents.
• Security clearance CGP/ITAR (must obtain and hold).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 annually. Compensation offered based on qualifications and experience.
