The Senior ERP Business Analyst – Human Resources (HR) serves as the liaison between HR stakeholders and Information Technology throughout the planning, implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise business systems. This position combines advanced Business Analysis competencies with significant knowledge of higher education HR operations to facilitate process improvement, requirements definition, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, and organizational change.
