About the Role The Senior EPC Project Manager / EPC Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of assigned EPC projects, ranging from large, complex projects to multiple concurrent assignments. This role ensures delivery of project objectives related to scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving overall project performance. This position provides leadership to integrated EPC teams and supports the development of project personnel. What You'll Do
- Provide overall leadership and accountability for EPC project execution.
- Develop, approve, and implement comprehensive project execution plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead integrated teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls.
- Serve as the primary project-level interface with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and manage commercial performance.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and scope changes within delegated authority.
- Oversee joint venture partners, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead workforce planning and align resources to project needs.
- Mentor and develop project team members and emerging leaders. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience for Project Manager; 15+ years for Senior Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing complex EPC or design-build projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to relocate and work at project sites for extended periods of time as required.
- Regular, reliable attendance.
- Work productively and meet deadlines timely.
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
- Perform work safely and effectively.
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
- Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
- Work overtime and weekends as required.
- May work at various different locations and conditions may vary.
