Cape Fox Mountain Point - Senior Environmental Senior Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day on-site operations for environmental remediation projects, including soil, groundwater, and facility cleanups.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to meet established targets.

  • Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards; conduct regular site inspections and lead safety briefings.

  • Oversee contractors, field crews, and subcontractors; ensure quality workmanship and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, regulators, and clients to communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges.

  • Review and interpret environmental data, engineering drawings, technical reports, and work plans.

  • Troubleshoot field issues and develop adaptive management strategies to maintain project momentum.

  • Maintain accurate daily logs, reporting, and documentation required for regulatory and client compliance.

  • Support procurement efforts, including vendor evaluations and equipment/material selections.

  • Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: 110,000 - 120,000.00

  • The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
