Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the Role The Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect will create architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, define enterprise-wide architecture, and provide technical leadership to delivery teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and value-driven client outcomes. What You'll Do

• Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, and provide solutioning for RFPs with design assurance.
• Create and maintain an enterprise-wide architecture that aligns systems, shared infrastructure services, and applications with business outcomes.
• Analyze technology environments and client requirements to design collaboration solution frameworks and target state architecture; articulate targets, tradeoffs, and investment roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions with enterprise architecture and manage implementation risks.
• Produce detailed architecture documentation (App view, multiple sections & views) and validate prototypes for technical feasibility, cost, and competitive differentiation.
• Enable delivery teams by driving reusable patterns, tooling recommendations, and an enterprise framework; establish KPIs/SLAs and track progress.
• Lead pre-sales support and client engagements by presenting the solution design, negotiating requirements, and acting as trusted advisor; demonstrate thought leadership to win client confidence.
• Manage risk identification and mitigation plans; ensure architecture principles and standards are consistently applied; support issue resolution and performance improvements.
• Build relationships with executives and stakeholders; mentor developers, designers, and junior architects; contribute to architecture practice through interviews and knowledge sharing.
• Manage team resourcing and talent management, including anticipating requirements, hiring, onboarding, training, building internal talent pools, managing attrition, promoting diversity, performance management, and adherence to Performance Nxt.
• Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise framework and related artefacts; ensure optimal client engagement and collaboration across product teams. What We're Looking For
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale architecture and solution design for complex deals and changes.
• Strong capacity to define current and target state architectures, articulate reusable patterns, and propose investment roadmaps.
• Experience in RFP solutioning, design assurance, and cross-functional collaboration (sales, delivery, consulting).
• Ability to analyze technology environments, identify risks, and drive technical leadership across design, development, and implementation.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to clients.
• Familiarity with building reusable architecture patterns and enterprise frameworks; experience defining KPI/SLA.
• Ability to work with cross-functional IT groups and manage multiple projects with disciplined risk management.
• Ability to lead and influence at executive levels and across distributed teams. Nice to Have
• Demonstrated thought leadership by speaking in forums or producing white papers/blogs.
• Experience mentoring developers, designers, and junior architects.
• Experience creating POCs, case studies, and demos for new growth areas.
• Track record of achieving market referencability and client accolades through analyst rankings or testimonials.
• Be the voice of Wipro’s Thought Leadership by speaking in forums (internal and external).
