About the Role

As a Senior Enterprise Automation Engineer, you will serve as the crucial technical bridge between advanced Applied Science research and our operational reality on the ground. You will design, build, and deploy intelligent workflow automations—utilizing enterprise tools like UiPath and n8n—and seamlessly integrate Agentic AI (LLMs) into the daily business processes of our transport, customs, and packaging experts. By developing robust "Human-in-the-Loop" architectures, you will be the key driver in transforming manual, rule-based tasks into supervised independent systems, empowering logistics teams to focus on strategy and exception handling for Europe’s leading fashion platform.

What You'll Do

• Build intelligent workflows: design, deploy, and scale robust automations using UiPath Suite and n8n to eliminate high-volume manual data entry.
• Integrate Cognitive AI: embed Large Language Models (LLMs) into daily business processes via advanced prompt engineering to handle unstructured data.
• Establish the standard: define baseline development guidelines so decentralized bots are auditable, secure, and deployable across Europe.
• Bridge the data gap: design and manage API connections linking legacy systems (e.g., SAP) with modern AI orchestration tools.
• Drive supervised autonomy: develop HITL workflows to safely manage edge cases, earning trust from business stakeholders.
• Execute with agility: collaborate with central Tech teams and Subject Matter Experts to rapidly discover, build, and push solutions to production within fast-paced sprints.

What We're Looking For

• Deep, hands-on expertise in workflow automation using UiPath Suite and n8n.
• Experience in prompt engineering and safely integrating LLMs into live operations.
• Solid programming foundation (Python, JavaScript) to write custom logic within automation frameworks.
• IDP experience: OCR and AI tools to extract structured data from unstructured logistics documents.
• Process Discovery: Proficiency in Process Mining (e.g., Celonis) or Task Mining to identify automation opportunities.
• Resilience & Error Handling: ability to build self-healing workflows and robust exception handling.
• API design and data bridging across internal systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; translate operational friction into technical requirements.
• Passion for process optimization in an Agile, iterative delivery environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with end-to-end automation in an enterprise logistics context.
• Familiarity with agentic AI and end-to-end AI orchestration in production settings.
• Knowledge of SAP and other legacy enterprise systems.
