About the Role Votre équipe est composée d’un mélange d’architectes enterprise et seniors travaillant à la fois pour Belfius Insurance et Belfius Bank, incluant des architectes techniques et des architectes business. Cette diversité vous permettra de collaborer avec des profils complémentaires, alliant expertise technologique et compréhension des enjeux métier.

What You'll Do

• Lead business and technological leadership; guide development teams by promoting best practices and directing architectural decisions based on enterprise patterns.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to qualify needs, translate them into a roadmap of changes and convert them into high-impact technological solutions.
• Document architectural decisions to ensure optimal communication and provide a strategic reference for coherence and longevity of technological choices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Advanced analytical ability: breaking down complex situations into simple problems, identifying links between issues and connecting existing or to-be-implemented solutions; ability to reduce costs and risks.
• Innovation mindset: passion for continuous improvement and technology watch in financial sector; propose innovative solutions and guide their deployment.
• Strong communication and collaboration: able to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders; storytelling to convey ideas clearly and impactfully.
• Language skills: fluency in French or Dutch with professional proficiency in the other language and in English.
• Knowledge of the financial sector (banking and insurance) and regulatory/compliance understanding; relevant certifications in architecture, software engineering, data management or financial sector.
