Senior Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

Everlaw is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive for our Law Firm team. This full-time, exempt role focuses on identifying and closing business within the Legal Enterprise (Law Firm) space. You should have experience prospecting, running discovery calls and sales presentations, negotiating, and a track record of closing new business in top Law Firms or Enterprise Accounts. A deep understanding of value-based selling and SaaS technology is essential, and you should take pride in understanding our product in-depth to effectively communicate its value to Customers and Partners. Your success will come from expanding our footprint by communicating how Everlaw can continue to meet and transform their eDiscovery and Litigation needs. This position is based in Oakland, California with a hybrid schedule: in-office Mon/Wed/Thu and the option to work from home Tue/Fri.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and close business within the Legal Enterprise (Law Firm) space.

• Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations with potential law firm and enterprise customers.

• Negotiate terms and close new business with top law firms or enterprise accounts.

• Communicate Everlaw's value proposition and demonstrate product knowledge to customers and partners.

• Expand Everlaw's footprint by identifying how the platform can meet and transform clients' eDiscovery and litigation needs.

• What We're Looking For

• Experience prospecting, running discovery calls and sales presentations, and negotiating.

• Track record of closing new business in top Law Firms or Enterprise Accounts.

• Deep understanding of value-based selling and SaaS technology.

• Ability to understand Everlaw's product in-depth and communicate its value to Customers and Partners.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
