About the Role Hightouch is seeking an engineering leader to work on our Agentic Marketing Platform (AMP), enabling marketers to run end-to-end programs with less reliance on specialists. You will serve as both an active technical voice and a strong people manager, guiding roadmaps, shipping major features, and raising the technical bar as we scale. The product has grown rapidly and we’re continuing to invest aggressively in this area.
What You'll Do
- Lead the team in roadmapping and executing significant features for the Agentic Marketing Platform to drive the business forward.
- Uphold a high technical bar while making pragmatic tradeoffs across product, architecture, and delivery.
- Own recruiting and team growth: identifying needs, designing evaluation criteria, hiring high-impact engineers, and developing team members.
