About the Role Senior Field Service Engineer at ASM will install, qualify, startup, maintain, and troubleshoot ASM's advanced semiconductor capital equipment in customer fabrication facilities. The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership, driving complex issue resolution and delivering exceptional customer support to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime. What You'll Do
- Perform installation, qualification, startup, checkout, and decommissioning of ASM's complex semiconductor capital equipment.
- Execute preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on ASM semiconductor systems.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical, electronic, mechanical, software, vacuum, gas delivery, RF plasma, robotics, and microprocessor-controlled systems.
