You will guide root-cause analysis, prevent recurrence, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer teams to enhance stability, performance, and efficiency. Your leadership strengthens our service organization and elevates field capability to support ASM’s mission of enabling the world’s most advanced semiconductor devices.
