About the Role
Join an early engineering team building AI infrastructure for service businesses. You will help shape an end-to-end platform that combines AI agents, company knowledge, and human oversight, with the opportunity to make product decisions and ship to production from your first week.
What You'll Do

Build and ship product features across the platform, from identifying user needs through production release.

Talk directly with users, define useful outcomes, and decide what to build without relying on a predefined roadmap.

Take ownership of the quality and reliability of what you ship, investigating issues and making improvements.

Use AI coding tools as part of your day-to-day development workflow.
What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.

A track record of shipping a product to real users, including being able to explain what broke and how you fixed it.

Experience as a product-minded engineer who works with users and delivers features end to end.

Regular, substantial use of AI coding tools in daily development.

A degree from a recognized university or experience at a recognized engineering employer.

Motivation to relocate from Europe to San Francisco and work in person, no later than January 2027.
Compensation & Benefits
