About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Senior Software Engineer to join our Developer Experience & Engineering Enablement team. Our mission is to simplify how engineers build, test, deploy, and operate software by providing reusable tools, platforms, and self-service capabilities that improve engineering productivity and software delivery. We value engineers who take ownership, challenge the status quo, and proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve how software is built.
You'll have the opportunity to shape how engineering teams build and deliver software across the organization. Beyond implementing tools, you'll influence engineering practices, explore new ideas, and build capabilities that create lasting improvements in developer productivity.
Role and Responsibilities:

Design and build developer tools and platforms that simplify and accelerate the software development lifecycle.

Develop reusable CI/CD pipelines, application scaffolding, and engineering golden paths to standardize software delivery.

Build self-service capabilities through developer portals, service catalogs, and workflow automation.

Enable observability through standardized instrumentation, dashboards, and alerting capabilities.

Leverage AI capabilities to build intelligent automation, enhance developer tooling, and continuously improve software delivery.

Proactively identify engineering challenges, explore innovative solutions, and drive improvements that shape the future of developer experience.
Requirements

Strong software engineering fundamentals with proven experience designing and building production-quality software.

Ability to independently own engineering initiatives, from identifying problems and designing solutions to implementing systems and driving adoption.

A forward-thinking mindset with the curiosity to explore emerging technologies, challenge existing approaches, and drive innovation.

Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript.

Experience with CI/CD, automation, and modern software development practices.

Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, cloud-native technologies, and application observability.

Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic trade-offs.

Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive improvements across engineering teams.
Plus Point if You Have:

Experience building internal developer platforms or working with tools such as Backstage.

Familiarity with Harness, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.

Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability technologies.

Experience developing internal tools, CLIs, SDKs, or reusable libraries.
