This role is responsible for providing expert support for complex, high-risk and sensitive ER matters across our EMEA region. As part of this role, you will also manage relationships with multiple Works Councils, lead end-to-end consultations, and partner with EMEA HRBPs, Employment Legal, functional leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver sound, consistent outcomes. to help our teams work together effectively we're looking for someone based in the UK.
