About the Role Responsible for the electrical design for product and platform development. Utilizes a range of applicable technologies (e.g., digital and analog circuit design, circuit simulation, schematic entry and PCB layout tools, programmable logic, test and measurement equipment and other tools) for products used in systems. Development of new products and modifications on existing products for adding new functions, performance improvements, quality improvement and replacement of discontinued components. Participates in product development in all stages from planning and design to development, testing and documentation. Identifies design requirements and makes recommendations for capacity planning, performance optimization and future direction. What You'll Do
- Create schematic designs and select components
- Coordinate PCB layout designs with our PCB layout team
- Perform complete board level circuit verification
- Monitor progress against project schedule
- Collaborate with our vendors and suppliers
- Troubleshoot reliability and performance issues and implement design recommendations for performance optimization
- Gather business requirements and participate in product definition and concept discussions, including customer usability studies What We're Looking For
- Experience in analog and digital circuit design
- Experience designing PCB layouts and knowledge about PCBA production
- Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional and international team
- Good English language skills
- Ambition for growing into an engineering leadership role
- Minimum education and work experience required: Bachelor, Master or comparable degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in area of electrical engineering
- Professional experience in product development Nice to Have
