About the Role The Senior eDiscovery Specialist will be responsible for promoting, training, and using current eDiscovery technology to support litigation matters across the firm. Based in Washington, DC, this role reports to the Manager, Global Practice Services. What You'll Do

  • Engage with legal teams and directly with clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for planning, design, development, application and implementation of technology and database systems such as Relativity, RelativityOne, OPUS2, and external SaaS document repositories/case management tools.
  • Promote and train teams on eDiscovery technology, workflows, and best practices across the firm.
  • Support litigation matters with technology-driven solutions and maintain knowledge of evolving eDiscovery technologies. What We're Looking For
  • Adherence to Global Practice Services and Information Services policies, procedures, best practices and guidelines.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner; able to independently plan, organize, and prioritize time-sensitive workload; work well under pressure and in a team.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies in eDiscovery (generative AI, TAR, workflow automation).
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: University degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a litigation technology specialist in an AmLaw 25 law firm or Fortune 50 corporate legal department.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience with Relativity and an active RCA.
  • Advanced knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, eDiscovery procedures, and project management concepts.
  • Hands-on Relativity/RelativityOne experience, plus working knowledge of case management tools such as Opus2, Case Notebook.
  • Experience evaluating or supporting AI-enabled eDiscovery capabilities, including Relativity aiR, analytics workflows, LLMs, data classification, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $170,000 - $180,000 per year.
