About the Role Senior E2E Program Manager within Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) at Microsoft will own end-to-end program delivery for large-scale cloud infrastructure initiatives that power Microsoft online products and services and support the Cloud First mission. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to drive smart growth, high efficiency, and a trusted customer experience. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end program management for cross-organizational cloud infrastructure initiatives, defining scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain program plans, governance, risk and issue management, and transparent status reporting to senior leadership.
- Align cross-functional teams across product, engineering, finance, and operations; remove blockers and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and operational teams to maintain reliability, security, and cost efficiency. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading large-scale end-to-end programs in cloud or infrastructure environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable program plans and drive data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or professional program management certification is a plus.
