ABOUT THE ROLE
Penrith Women’s Health Centre is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Domestic & Family Violence (DFV) Case Worker to join our Safety and Empowerment Services team. This is a senior practitioner role delivering complex DFV case management and supporting safe, consistent and high-quality service delivery across the team. The role works with women and their children to improve safety, stability and wellbeing through a trauma-informed, client-centred and strengths-based approach. You will be part of a small, dedicated team providing a range of safety and empowerment services, including case management, advocacy, referral coordination, education and practical supports, while also contributing to practice leadership, mentoring and intake support.
