About the Role Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Distribution Supervisor for the Johns Creek/Alpharetta, GA area. This onsite leadership role will oversee distribution operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support patient care and business goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage daily distribution operations at the Johns Creek/Alpharetta site to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time order fulfillment.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; uphold company policies.
- Optimize inventory control, receiving, storage, and shipping processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and customer service to meet service levels and resolve operational issues.
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Track and report key performance indicators; support budgeting and resource planning where applicable.
- Develop and mentor the distribution team to build a capable, high-performing operation.
