About the Role Join WTW as a Senior Director in the Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC) practice. You will lead client engagements, coach and mentor teams, and help develop business opportunities across industries by aligning work and rewards with business objectives. This role focuses on delivering market-leading reward strategies and analytics to drive performance, engagement, and long-term growth for clients. What You'll Do
- Lead discovery discussions to generate new business opportunities with our selected target clients within the Multinational Cluster, develop and deliver proposals.
- Serve as the primary W&R Consultant leading client projects to deliver client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (e.g. with Heads of Reward, Reward Managers, Heads of Talent) to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
