Job Description
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Systems & Solutions Engineering team, aligning priorities to business needs from product groups and sales. Lead, develop, and grow a team of 5–8 direct reports (managers and senior ICs), including hiring, performance management, and career development. Partner with Product, Engineering leadership, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Drive architectural decisions and technical standards for systems and solutions delivery, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability. Develop scalable systems solutions that can be leveraged effectively in distribution and mass market channels and initiatives.
