About the Role

Lead an established and diverse service organisation within Semco Maritime's Transitional Energies division, driving growth and transformation across industrial and energy sectors. You will be responsible for the 160-person service business spanning workshops, field service, and onshore/offshore project execution, while collaborating across locations and markets in an international environment. Based at Semco Maritime Global HQ in Esbjerg, with travel as required, you will help strengthen competitiveness, expand customer relationships and pursue new opportunities in traditional energy markets and emerging areas such as decommissioning, PtX and CCUS.

What You'll Do

• Drive profitable growth and strengthen the market position across all service activities.
• Hold overall P&L, budgeting, forecasting and business performance.
• Lead and develop a multi-layer management organisation with approximately 160 employees.
• Ensure safe, efficient and high-quality execution across workshops, service operations and project activities.
• Drive organisational development, scalability and operational excellence across the business.
• Support commercial development and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Identify and develop new service offerings and business opportunities across the industrial and energy sectors.
• Contribute actively to the overall strategy and growth agenda of the Transitional Energies division.
• Support and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities.

What We're Looking For

• Commercially minded and operationally strong leader with proven experience from a comparable service business.
• Minimum of 8 years' leadership experience from a larger service business, preferably at Director or Senior Director level.
• Solid experience leading complex businesses with responsibility for people, operations and financial performance.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering profitable growth.
• Experience leading leaders and developing scalable organisations.
• Strong safety mindset and a visible leadership approach.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational and commercial results.
• Experience working across functions, locations and stakeholders in a complex business environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience across energy markets and emerging areas such as decommissioning, PtX and CCUS.
• Experience working in an international environment and collaborating across locations and functions.
