About the Role Senior Director, Relationship Marketing Strategy leads the development and delivery of omni-channel relationship marketing strategies for an Insurance/Wealth Management client in the B2B space. You will report to the VP, Relationship Marketing Strategy and partner with a team of experienced marketers to ensure programs are based on the client’s business objectives. You’ll balance analytic rigor with creative problem‑solving and translate strategy into executable ideas across channels. What You'll Do
- Lead the building, development, and delivery of strategic omni-channel marketing plans for the client.
- Be a subject matter expert and translate new technology—particularly 1st‑party data marketing and CRM—into actionable marketing ideas.
- Develop trusted, long‑term relationships with key client contacts and executives.
- Ensure meaningful client value through best‑practice solutions, capabilities, and original thinking.
- Collaborate with account management, operations, creative, analytics, and partner agencies to turn ideas into executable plans.
- Identify data points and measurements to show impact of strategy on the client’s business. What We're Looking For
- Experience working with Wealth Management (Financial Advisor) or Group Insurance clients in B2B.
- Bachelor’s Degree; 10+ years of data‑driven marketing experience (CRM, email, online/offline media).
- 5+ years in an agency or consulting role; experience selling new services to clients.
- Hands‑on skills using data and research to drive decisions; proficiency in Excel and research tools.
- Strong writing, presentation, and client‑facing communication; ability to translate data into actionable marketing recommendations and PowerPoint presentations.
- Attention to detail; ability to incorporate internal and external feedback iteratively.
- Superior multi‑tasking, networking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑starter with curiosity, drive, and persuasion; comfortable in a matrixed organization.
- Approximately 20‑50% travel required. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $136,000–$185,000 annually. Placement within range based on experience and other factors.
- Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
